Online booking is provided through Jane App. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a consultation and is applied toward services or product on the day of your visit. Deposits are forfeited for missed appointments.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to a service charge for treatment-room time. Specific service categories (e.g., aesthetic procedures, IV infusions) may have different cancellation windows communicated at booking.

6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photography, logos, and the “Aesura Health” mark — is owned by or licensed to Aesura Health LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The Site may link to third-party services (Jane App, social media, lab partners, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services. Use them at your own risk.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant Aesura a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate written authorization required for protected health information.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AESURA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesura Health LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
