Oral supplements lose much of their dose to digestion. IV therapy bypasses that — delivering therapeutic compounds at full concentration directly into circulation. Our menu is curated, not exhaustive: each drip has a specific physiological purpose backed by real evidence, formulated by our medical team and administered in our clinical setting.
Longevity Infusion (NAD+)
Cellular energy · longevity · recovery
Our flagship drip. NAD+ is a coenzyme essential to mitochondrial function, DNA repair, and cellular energy production — and levels decline sharply with age.
✦ NAD+ — typical doses 250–1000mg
✦ Amino acid blend — recovery support
✦ B-complex + magnesium — cofactors
Oxidative Recovery
Inflammation · immune · post-illness
High-dose antioxidants for systemic anti-inflammatory and immune support. A common stack with cryotherapy and during recovery from training, illness, or travel.
✦ High-dose Vitamin C
✦ Glutathione (master antioxidant)
✦ Zinc + B-complex
Neuro Restore
Mental clarity · energy · mood
Targeted neuro and cognitive support. Pairs with HBOT for patients focused on brain fog, post-concussion recovery, or executive performance.
✦ Methylated B-vitamins
✦ Amino acids — taurine, l-carnitine
✦ Magnesium glycinate
Immune Defense
Acute support · post-travel · winter
An immune-boost protocol for early symptoms, post-travel, or seasonal support. Faster onset than oral supplementation.
✦ Vitamin C + Zinc
✦ Lysine + B-complex
✦ Hydration base
Hydration + Beauty
Hydration · skin · post-event
Deep hydration with a beauty-supporting blend — for skin quality, recovery from a hard week or event, or before a demanding stretch.
✦ 1L balanced electrolyte base
✦ Biotin + B-complex
✦ Glutathione + Vitamin C
Custom Formulation

You’ll arrive 10 minutes early for vitals and consent. Our nurse will place an IV — a small pinch — and start the drip at a comfortable flow rate. You’ll relax in our infusion suite with a blanket, warm tea, and a quiet seat. Bring a laptop, book, or audio.
For NAD+: you’ll feel a mild warmth or pressure in the chest at faster drip rates. We dial the rate to your comfort. Most patients listen to music or watch something calming.
After your drip, you can drive yourself home, return to work, or stack with HBOT, cryotherapy, or red light at the same visit.
Every drip is physician-formulated and overseen by our medical team. Infusions are administered by trained nursing staff in our clinical setting. We screen each patient — labs, medications, conditions — before the first infusion and adjust over time as part of your overall protocol.
Patients come to the Aesura Longevity Lounge for IV infusions from Hackensack, Paramus, Teaneck, Englewood, Fort Lee, Tenafly, Ridgewood, Edgewater, and across North Jersey — searching for NAD+ infusions, IV therapy, and recovery drips near them.
IV therapy is safe for most adults under medical supervision. We screen for kidney disease, severe heart disease, G6PD deficiency (for high-dose Vitamin C), MAOI use, certain anticoagulants, and pregnancy.Every chart is reviewed before the first drip.
