Dr. Jijoe Joseph and Dr. Nancy Nguyen are highly accomplished, board-certified emergency medicine
physicians with a shared vision to advance the field of longevity medicine. As best friends and business
partners, they bring a unique synergy to their new longevity center, built on years of shared professional
experience and personal dedication to innovative healthcare solutions.

Jijoe Joseph MD,DO,MBA
Dr. Joseph is New Jersey’s premier precision medicine specialist, holding dual medical doctorates, an MBA
with a specialization in organizational leadership, and a teaching fellowship from the American Board of
Emergency Medicine. Known as a serial entrepreneur, Dr. Joseph combines his extensive expertise in
precision medicine with a passion for transformative healthcare solutions.
Nancy Nguyen DO,MS
Dr. Nguyen, a Columbia University graduate and Major in the United States Air Force, brings an exceptional
background in emergency medicine and military service. Following medical school, she served at Langley
Air Force Base as an emergency medicine physician, where her work underscored her commitment to
patient care in high-stakes environments. Dr. Nguyen’s expertise and leadership extend beyond clinical
practice, exemplifying discipline and resilience honed through her military career.
The two doctors first met during their residency at Nassau University Medical Center, a level-one trauma
center in Long Island, where they developed a lasting friendship and professional bond. Together, Dr.
Joseph and Dr. Nguyen are committed to elevating longevity and precision medicine, setting a new
standard for patient-centered care at their center.

Jazmine Mont
Coming to Hackensack from Manhattan Beach, CA, Jazmine is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing. She earned her BSN from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her MSN from Azusa Pacific University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Since 2013, she has cultivated a diverse clinical background across various healthcare settings including same-day surgery, medical-surgical units, intensive care, and both inpatient and outpatient oncology.
Jazmine is deeply passionate about aesthetic medicine and has been practicing laser technology and injectables since 2018. She takes pride in listening to each patient’s concerns, making thoughtful assessments, and providing personalized recommendations—always with the goal of achieving natural-looking results and an exceptional patient experience.
In addition to aesthetics, Jazmine has dedicated herself to regenerative and longevity medicine since 2023, with a focus on helping patients improve their health, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Jacky
Jacky is a Board-Certified Physician Associate with a strong academic foundation and a global perspective on aesthetic medicine. She holds degrees from the University of Hong Kong, Columbia University, and Pace University, and is currently completing her Doctor of Medical Science.
With a passion for natural-looking enhancements and facial harmony, she specializes in facial balancing and individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient concerns, safety, and satisfaction. Her skill set includes neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, PRP for under-eye rejuvenation and hair restoration, Sculptra facial rejuvenation and BBL, RF microneedling, acne and scar management, as well as consultations for Semaglutide and regenerative treatments.
Dedicated to staying at the forefront of innovation, she frequently travels to Asia for advanced aesthetic training, learning cutting-edge techniques from international leaders in the field. Her approach is defined by a keen eye for detail, a commitment to patient education, and a belief that subtle, personalized treatments create the most beautiful and lasting results.
